Sep 2025 - Apr 2026 Children's Choir Information

The children's choir is open to children in grades 1-8.

 

The schedule below shows the dates on which the children's choir will sing at Mass. On designated Sundays, the choir will sing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass. On Christmas Eve, the choir will sing at the 6:30 p.m. Mass.

Each Mass at which the choir will sing is preceded by two mandatory rehearsals on Wednesdays that faith formation meets for classes. Choir rehearsals are held in the church from 6:00 - 6:45 p.m., between faith formation sessions.​​

Children must attend both rehearsals prior to a scheduled Mass in order to sing in the choir at that upcoming Mass.

You do not have to commit to sing at all the scheduled Masses; choose those that work with your family's plans. The only rehearsals that children must attend are the two that precede each Mass at which the children will sing.​​​

Please send an email to the music director, Mark Bauman, (click here) to register your child(ren) for choir.

In the email, please provide:

  • name(s) and grade level(s) of your child(ren) who will sing in choir

  • contact parent's or guardian's name and mobile phone number

In the reply to your registration email, you will receive information about how to install the choir app from Stack Team on your mobile phone. The phone app is used for choir management, communication, and for RSVP purposes.

At least ten children are required for there to be a children's choir at any scheduled Mass. If fewer than ten children RSVP or show up for rehearsals in preparation for a specific children's choir Mass date, then the children's choir and associated rehearsals will be canceled for that date.

It will be important for you to RSVP for your child(ren) on the phone app so that choir attendance can be accurately gauged for each scheduled Mass. Alerts and reminders will be sent via the app about upcoming children's choir Mass dates and rehearsals to help you remember them.​

Sing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, September 28

Rehearsals:

  • Wednesday, September 10 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Wednesday, September 24 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Warmup at 9:55 a.m. before Mass on September 28

Sing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, November 16

Rehearsals:

  • Wednesday, October 29 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Wednesday, November 12 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Warmup at 9:55 a.m. before Mass on November 16

 

Sing at the 6:30 p.m. Christmas Eve Mass on Wednesday, December 24

Rehearsals:

  • Wednesday, December 3 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Wednesday, December 17 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Warmup at 5:45 p.m. before Mass on December 24

 

Sing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, February 1

Rehearsals:

  • Wednesday, January 14 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Wednesday, January 28 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Warmup at 9:55 a.m. before Mass on February 1

 

Sing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, March 22

Rehearsals:

  • Wednesday, March 4 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Wednesday, March 18 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Warmup at 9:55 a.m. before Mass on March 22

 

Sing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, April 26

Rehearsals:

  • Wednesday, April 8 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Wednesday, April 22 from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

  • Warmup at 9:55 a.m. before Mass on April 26
